No Dieting, No Willpower and No Worries About Gaining the Weight Back!
- Are you sick and tired of dieting? A close friend told me the other day she does not recall any time for the last 6 years when she was not on a diet!
- Are you panicking at the thought of wearing a bathing suit or tight jeans?
- Are you sick and tired of being tired all the time?
Even if you’ve tried everything under the sun to get rid of the excess weight and keep it off, you’re about to discover a permanent solution that will end dieting FOREVER.
The first step is to Stop Trying to “Lose” Weight. Research clearly shows that over 95% of people who manage to “lose” weight will gain it all back, and most of them will end up weighing more than when they started.
If this has happened to you and you have FAILED at every weight loss program you have ever tried, there must be a reason.
Your Subconscious mind ultimately dictates exactly what you weigh…down to the ounce!
Here is what you need to know…
Over 95% of all weight problems are emotionally driven. What this means is your inability to control your weight has nothing to do with eating too much food, eating the wrong foods or not wanting to do any type exercise.
All of these are the effect, not the cause of your weight problem.
People are not fat because they overeat. They overeat because of something else…
Science has found the fastest and most effective way to resolve any weight problem. I have lost 13 kg last year and dropped 2 cloth sizes down to size 8. Ever since then I have kept the weight off.
How would you like to finally make friends with the mirrors in your house at work the in bathrooms and every mirror you walk by?
Hear your friends and family compliment you on how good you look!
Feel proud of how you look in a bathing suit or tight jeans!
Go anywhere, do anything and never have to worry about your appearance!
If you don’t find out about eliminating the cause of your weight problem:
- You will miss out on the overwhelming joy and pride of having the body of your dreams.
- You will miss out on hearing the compliments of others as they see the weight melt off.
- You will miss out on incredible pleasure of shopping and buying clothes you’d love to wear, but can only dream of now.
- You will miss out on the confident feeling inside that comes from knowing you don’t have to struggle with your weight anymore.
- You will miss out on Fitting into those “tight jeans” once again.
- You will miss out on Receiving more compliments than you can handle.
- You will miss out on the offer for the first 500 to try this revolutionary approach for free!
Say a final farewell to worrying about your weight!

Hi Ms. Christine, thanks for sharing the site. You’re right, most of us gain weight because of the underlying emotional problems we have. I, too, have been guilty of overeating because of problems that depress or sadden me in my life, but slowly I was able to overcome it in the past. Now, I’m hoping I will not go through that again. I am happy that I found your site, because your words give me confidence and hope that I am not alone in my struggle to lose weight healthily and naturally. Looking forward to your new posts in the future.

Hi Felicia, when I struggled with overeating I found the book of
Louise Hey very helpful. There I found that by addressing your
need for spiritual growth you can let go of overeating. I used the
affirmation: “My body is a miraculous creation. I commit to lovingly
care for it.” Please read my new post on affirmations to let go of
addictions.

Hi Ms. Christine, I have read your post on “Affirmations to Let Go of Addictions” and I really liked them a lot, so I e-mailed them to my friends as well. I would like to tell you that there was a time that I got kind of depressed during some of my teenage years, and I escaped the stress by overeating, thinking of nothing else but to feed my depression and loneliness, but then with some help from friends, family and the Word of God, I slowly got back up and took care of my body..When I read your post here about overeating that’s emotionally driven, I could fully relate to this..and I’m glad I’ve overcome that “trying” episode of my life. Great article you have here!
