The Difference between my way of losing Weight and other programs I tried in the past!

I feel truly blessed with the fact that it is more than a year that I dropped two clothes sizes to size 8 (Australian). I have observed a lot of friends and colleagues starting with me on the weight loss journey and dropping quite a significant amount of weight. Some have put a “couple of kilos” back on due to a lot of reasons.

Mainly they returned to their old habits  because the shift on a subconscious level has not yet happened. Issues around self-love and self-respect are often the underlying condition for weight gain. Everybody has some issues in the past that hold you back from being the best you can be.

I was aware of my emotional and spiritual wounds and addressed them with the Healing Codes.

Some statements I focused on were:

“I give myself permission to love myself and others.”

“My body is a miraculous creation. I honour my body and commit to lovingly care for it.”

” I learn to make good choices and create new patterns in my life.”
